Going on holiday safely and healthily in eight steps

1. Get in the right way
Before you start, note the seat number stored on your voucher.
Low seat numbers (1-20) climb in at the front door,
higher seat numbers (from 21) get on at the back door.
Our tour guides and chauffeurs will be happy to help you get started.
When boarding, please keep your distance from other passengers who are unfamiliar to you.
And don't worry, our chauffeur will load your luggage for you.
Don't forget to put on your mouth and nose cover when getting in.
2. Find the place in the bus
Please be considerate of your fellow travelers when taking your seat.
Avoid contact with handrails and armrests where possible.
3. while driving
Please keep your mouth and nose covering on while you are in the bus.
Do not leave your seat unnecessarily.
Of course, nothing stands in the way of a visit to the on-board toilet.
Please do not be frightened if a little wind breeze blows through your hair from time to time, this is part of our ventilation concept.
Our on-board staff will provide you with refreshments during the journey, but alcohol is prohibited throughout the journey.
4. Breaks
In order to be able to relieve you of your mouth and nose covering for a short time, we will take small breaks on your trip.
We ask you to leave the bus completely because our on-board staff will disinfect the vehicle for you during this time.
Please leave the vehicle in accordance with the entry guidelines.
5. Observe general hygiene rules
Compliance with general hygiene rules is also particularly important when using coaches.
This includes regular hand washing, sneezing or coughing only in the crook of your arm or in a handkerchief and keeping your hands away from your face as much as possible.
Please dispose of your residual waste and tissues in the container provided on board.
We also provide hand disinfectants in the passenger compartment and on the on-board toilet.
6. Consideration
Please note that you are not allowed to take part in the trip if you have had contact with COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days.
Even people with unspecific general symptoms and respiratory symptoms of any severity are not allowed to take part in the trip.
7. Malaise
Should you notice SARS-CoV-2 associated symptoms (e.g. non-specific general symptoms, acute respiratory symptoms of any severity, loss of sense of smell and taste) during the trip, we ask you to inform the staff (drivers / tour guides) immediately.
We will then isolate you accordingly.
8. Enjoy your trip
We will try to make your stay on board and your trip as pleasant as possible.
But you have to enjoy yourself
The Ludwig Tours team wishes you a pleasant vacation.
